Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Size and preference

Please use the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. Because made-to-order products are produced specifically after purchase, returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind may be limited.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellation might no longer be possible.
